Nov 30, After Much pleading a tree pruning shears electric tech finally arrived at night fall (Iwaited all day long for this guy) to jerri-rig my disconnected phone line still under the downed tree about 3 weeks ago.

Aug 30, Verizon refuses to come out to clear anything off of their lines, a tree or branch will literally stay on that line for years with repeated calls to the electric company because most prople drive by and cannot tell the difference between an electric, phone or cable line Thus causing a lot of unneccesary calls or callouts after hours or on the weekends for the otger utility company like the electric company.

Dec 02, Since Hurricane Sandy, there have been two large tree limbs down on the lines behind our house. They are not on the power lines, only the phone and cable lines. They stayed attached to my house but they fell. Mar 05, There are scores of such incidents, especially when there are downed trees, but Verizon makes it exceedingly difficult to report these incidents. Why not update the website to allow such phone line damage to be reported, tespecially when it is impossible to get a live person when calling Customer Service? This is extremely frustrating.
